Follow me on FACEBOOK- https://www.facebook.com/foodmastimagic Email me on - foodmasti8786@gmail.com <br /> <br />CHICKEN MASALA <br />Chicken 750gms <br />Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp each <br />Curd 4 tbsp <br />Salt as per taste <br />Onions 2 <br />Tomato 2 <br />Turmeric powder ½ tsp <br />Red chilli powder 1 tsp <br />Coriander powder 1 tsp <br />Jeera powder ½ tsp <br />Dry red chilli 4 <br />Coriander seeds 1 tbsp <br />Cinnamon stick 2 <br />Black peppercorn 7-8 <br />Cloves 7-8 <br />Jeera 1 tbsp <br />Black cardamon 1 <br />Bay leaf 1 <br />Water 1 cup <br /> <br />METHOD: <br />-marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste,salt,and curd. <br />-roast the whole spices and then grind it to powder. <br />-put black cardamon and bay leaf in a oil. <br />-put onions and fry till golden brown. <br />-then add tomatoes. <br />-cook till soft <br />-add all dry masala and grinded powder. <br />-then add chicken <br />-cook for 3-4 minutes. <br />-then add water 1 cup and cover and cook till chicken is tender. <br />-garnish with coriander leaves. <br /> <br />-
